He has been worked in Dayanand Medical College and Hospital (DMC & H), Ludhiana, Punjab as a Sr. Clinical Embryologist with vast experience of clinical embryology and ART. He has trained in FISH, PRINS and PCR from All Indian Institute Of Medical Science (AIIMS), New Delhi in 2012 under supervision Scientist Dr. Manish Jain and Prof. Dr. Ashutosh Haldar. Hands on training vitrification of gamete from AIIMS, New Delhi in 2015. Trained in Research Techniques in Reproductive Biomedicine at National Institute of Health and Family Welfare (NIHFW), New Delhi in 2013. He got the offer from Ministry of Agriculture and Farmer Welfare Government of India for Model Training Course “Embryo Transfer Training Programme for Improved Calf Production in Dairy Farming’’ at GADVASU, Ludhiana in 2017. He has opportunity to attend the hands on workshop ‘‘CRISPR editing in mammalian cells & embryos’’ Organized by division of Animal physiology & Reproduction ICAR - Central Institute for Research on Buffaloes (CIRB), Hisar, Haryana, INDIA , Government funded in 2019. Hands on Training Sperm DNA fragmentation under direct guidance Prof. Dr. Pankaj Talwar, ARMY Hospital Research and Referral, New Delhi in 2012. He has Direct guidance of Prof. Dr. Daniel Franken of all andrological procedure: Semen Analysis, Sperm Morphology, SDF and HOST etc. under World Health Organization programmed, supported by SAR Health Line, Sri Aurobindo Institute of Medical Sciences in 2009. He has been working as Sr. Clinical Embryologist and Director, IRCC IVF Centre at IRCC hospital since August 2019. He is awarded NESA Young Scientist Year Award 2019 in respect of human embryologist. He has given hands on training in clinical embryology and ART more than 87 candidates. He is guiding M.Sc. Clinical Embryology and PGD dissertation and hands training at University level. He was published 6 original research papers in clinical embryology and ART in international journals.
